Science – Part 4 Paper Jets

Just one sheet of paper can lead to a whole lot of fun. How? Paper planes!  In this aerodynamics science project, you will change the basic design of a paper plane and see how this affects its flight. Specifically, you will increase how much drag the plane experiences and see if this changes how far the paper plane flies. Try the designs below and see if you can beat our record of 29 metres flight.

Our lessons included trialing and redesigning our models.

The final challenge in this Flight series is to make a paper plane that can do a 360 loop. Take a photo so we can publish it on our blog!
